Your Health / Votre Santé is a group of Family Physicians who provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical care across the lifespan.
We are a group of Family Physicians who provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical care across the lifespan, from infancy to end-of-life. We provide accessible, high-quality care and build long-lasting relationships with our patients. We highly value ensuring continuity of care for our patients.
We diagnose and manage all health conditions, including urgent care needs, chronic disease management, and preventative healthcare services such as immunizations and cancer prevention and screening. We work together with other healthcare services, hospitals and community care providers in the Ottawa area.
The physicians at Your Health / Votre Santé operate under the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care’s Family Health Organization (FHO) Primary Care Payment Model. This means we are a group of Family Physicians who work together to give our patients’ accessible, continuous and high-quality medical care, with a focus on illness prevention.
FHOs provide care during regular business hours and after-hours. Patients also have access to a nurse-staffed Telephone Health Advisory Service (see After Hours Care).
For FHOs to be effective, enrolled patients must commit to receiving their primary health care from their primary physician or, if that physician is not available, from another physician in the FHO. We ask you to avoid using walk-in clinics or urgent care clinics (whether virtual or in-person) unless absolutely necessary. Please always check if we can accommodate your healthcare needs by booking online or calling the clinic – our physicians strive to provide same-day urgent appointments and we have an After Hours Clinic.
