1. Do you renew prescriptions via fax?

As a general practice we do not routinely renew prescriptions via fax request from the pharmacy alone. Please inform the patient that if they are requesting a renewal of their medications, they should be contacting the clinic for an appointment.

2. Faxing urgent information.

We aim to have all faxed information filed and actioned within 5 business days. If you require a response sooner than that, please mark URGENT clearly on your message and call the clinic at 613-366-7557 to speak with staff or leave a message about the urgent request.

3. Are you taking new patients?

No, we are not accepting new patients. We do not keep a waiting list for patients in need of a family doctor. Please do not send us new patients.
