Colon Cancer Screening
If you are between ages 50 and 75 and received a letter in the mail informing you about the need for colon cancer screening, you can book a virtual or phone appointment with your physician through the patient portal.
Sometimes a colonoscopy instead of a FIT is the right choice for you, which is why we recommend you talk to your family doctor to discuss this issue.
Breast Cancer Screening
If you are due for your mammogram between the ages of 40 and 74, you do not need a requisition. Please call 1-800-668-9304 or go to Ontario Breast Screening Program Locations to book your appointment.
Some women fall into a higher risk category and require other testing. You can inquire by booking a phone or virtual appointment with us through the patient portal.
